ENTER results are out. I've gotten more than enough to comfortably get into Commerce/Law at Monash. But I'm not satisfied. It was higher than I thought I would get, but not as high as I'd hope I'd get.
I really wanted to get into UNSW or Sydney Uni. But I guess only the best can go there, and I am not one of the best unfortunately.
Looks like I'm stuck doing Commerce/Law at Monash. Sydney/UNSW, maybe one day I'll transfer over to you. Maybe one day.
It's not easy letting go of ambition. But I'll try.
Typically, my parents are not happy. But they never are.
And I guess, neither am I. My standards are too unrealistic. But those standards give me drive. They won't let me settle for mediocre.
I want to do something worthwhile, be remembered for doing something worthwhile.
We shall see what happens.
